How to Change a Health Record
If you are a patient at United Medical Center and have a health record with them, you can change your health record information online. To login to the Patient Portal and change your health record information:
1. Go to www.umc.org and sign in using your patient portal account details.
2. Click on "My Health Record."
3. On the left-hand side, under "Personal Information," select "Health Records."
4. Click on the blue "Edit" button next to your name to open up your health record information.
5. Under "Health Record Details," click on the blue "Change" button next to the health record you want to update.
6. Complete the form with your new information and click on the blue "Update My Health Record" button at the bottom of the page.
