Unisys Portal Login
Unisys Portal provides users with an easy way to access their applications, files and documents from any computer. To login to your Unisys Portal account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Unisys Portal account using your username and password.
2. Click the Login link on the Home page.
3. Enter your username and password and click Log In.
4. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in before you can view or use the content on this page.
5. If you have forgotten your username or password, click Forgot Your Username or Forgot Your Password? below and enter your information to have them sent to the email address associated with your Unisys Portal account.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Unisys Portal using your username and password. (If you have not yet registered for an account, see the instructions on the registration page.)
2. Click your name in the upper left corner of the main screen. This will take you to the Profile page.
3. Under My Profile, click Change Password.
4. Enter your current password in the New Password field and confirm it in the Confirm New Password field. (If you are using a secure password, type it in encrypted form.) Click Change Password again to save your changes.

How to troubleshoot Unisys Portal login issues
If you are experiencing login issues with Unisys Portal, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.
1. Make sure that you are using the latest version of Unisys Portal. To find the latest version, click on “Help & Support” in the main menu and select “About Unisys Portal”. If you are using a custom installation, make sure that you have installed the latest updates.
2. Verify your user name and password. If you have not changed your user name or password, please do so now. If you have changed your user name but not your password, please enter your new password into the login form and try to log in again. If you have changed your password, enter it into the login form and try to log in again.
3. Verify that you are connected to the network and that your firewall is not blocking access to Unisys Portal. If you are connected to the network and your firewall is not blocking access to Unisys Portal, please disable your firewall for now and try to log in again. If you are connected to the network but unable to log in because of a firewall issue, please contact your IT support representative for assistance
