How to login to Unh Patient Portal
If you're new to Unh Patient Portal, we recommend that you start by reading their introductory guide. Once you have a basic understanding of how the system works, you can login to the portal by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Unh account. If you don't have an Unh account, create one now.
2. Click on the "Login" button in the top left corner of the main screen.
3. Enter your username and password and click on the "Login" button.
4. You will be redirected to the home page of the Patient Portal. There, you will find links to all of the sections of the portal.
How to access your health records
If you are a patient at the University of Miami Health System, you may want to check out their new Patient Portal. The Patient Portal is a great way for you to access your health records and stay up-to-date on your care. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://patientportal.miami.edu/.
2. Enter your patient ID number (e.g., 9999999) and password (e.g., password).
3. Click Log In.
4. You will be prompted to select a primary care provider (PCP). If you have more than one PCP, click on the name of the PCP that you would like to view your health records with.
5. Click on My Health Record to access your health records.
How to contact Unh Health Services
If you need to make a doctor appointment or have any other health-related questions, the easiest way to get in touch is through their patient portal.
To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to unhhealth.org and click on the “My Unh” link in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. In the pop-up window that appears, enter your student ID number (located on your Unh ID card) in the “Login ID” field.
3. Enter your NetID password in the “Password” field and click OK.
4. Click on the “My Appointments” tab to see your current appointments and make new ones. You can also view information about your health history, including test results and vaccine records.
5. Click on the “Contact Us” tab to send an email or call us at 978-992-6000. We are open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, and Saturday from 10am-1pm.
How to report a health emergency
If you are experiencing a health emergency, please call 911. If you are not feeling well and need to see a doctor, please call your doctor’s office. If you are experiencing a health emergency that does not require medical attention, please use the Unh Patient Portal to report it.
To report a health emergency using the Unh Patient Portal:
1) Log in to the Unh Patient Portal at www.unh.edu/patientportal
2) In the top right-hand corner of the screen, click “Report an Emergency”
3) Select the type of emergency that you are experiencing (e.g., an injury, illness, or mental health crisis)
4) Complete the required information (e.g., your name, address, telephone number, and medical information)
5) Click “Submit Report”
6) A confirmation message will appear asking you to save the report for later reference. You can also print or e-mail the report if needed
How to change your health information
If you have not already done so, you will need to create an online account with the Patient Portal. To do this, go to www.patientportal.gov and log in using your ID and password. If you do not have a login name and password, please contact your health care provider. Once you are logged in, click on My Account at the top of the screen. On the My Account screen, under Personal Information, select Change Health Information. Enter your name and email address, and then click on Update Profile. You will now be prompted to provide your health information. This can include your full name, date of birth, social security number (or Medicare number), insurance information (if you have insurance), and other important personal information. After you have updated your profile, you can return to the My Account screen by clicking on My Account again or by clicking on the link provided in an email that was sent to you after you updated your profile.
