3.Click on "Register now" near the top of the page. This will take you to a new page where you can enter your personal information such as your name, email address, and password. Please remember this password! You will need it later when you want to access your personal information in the Ulp Patient Portal.\

4. In the User Profile section, click on the Edit link next to your name to open the User Profile page (see Figure 5).
