How to login to the Uhs Patient Portal
If you are a patient, you can login to the Uhs Patient Portal to access your health record and medical information. To login, go to the patient portal home page and enter your patient number (found on your hospital ID card or on the back of your insurance card) in the “User ID” field. Enter your date of birth in the “User Date of Birth” field, and click the “Login” button. You will then be prompted to provide your name and email address. You will also be asked to provide your telephone number. After you have logged in, you will be able to view your health record, make changes to it, and communicate with your doctor or nurse about your health.
Choosing the right account type
If you are looking for an account to manage your health information, the University Health System (UHS) Patient Portal offers several options to fit your needs. The Patient Portal provides a one-stop shop for accessing your health information, medications, and appointment schedules.
The Patient Portal offers three account types: Individual, Family, and Group. The Individual account is perfect for patients who only need access to their own health information. The Family account is designed for patients who want to share health information with up to eight family members. The Group account is perfect for organizations or groups of patients who want to share health information with other members of the group.
To create an account, click on the “Create an Account” link on the main Patient Portal home page. On the Create an Account page, enter your name, email address, and password. Click on the “Create Account” button to create your account.
Once you have created an account, you can access your health information by clicking on the “My Profile” link in the top right corner of the Patient Portal home page. On My Profile page, you will see all of your accounts and profiles that are associated with you
Changing your password
If you have forgotten your password, or need to change it, follow these instructions.
To change your password, go to the "My Account" page and enter your new password in the "Password" field. Click the "Update Profile" button to save your new password.
Accessing your records
If you have ever had to go through the hassle of logging in to your UHS Patient Portal, you know that it can be a bit of a pain. Luckily, we have outlined the steps you need to take in order to log in and access your records.
First, you will need to create an account if you don't already have one. Once you have created your account, you will need to select your clinic from the dropdown menu on the top right corner of the page. From here, you will need to enter your clinic number and password. Once you have entered these details, click on "Log In". You will now be taken to the main patient portal page.
From here, all you need to do is click on "My Profile" located in the top left corner of the page. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your information, including your health history and care plan. You can also view your appointment calendar and discharge summary. If you need to make changes to any of this information, simply click on "Edit Profile" and fill out the necessary information. Bill Payment and Refunds
If you have any questions about your account or payments, please visit the UHS Patient Portal. To login, enter your patient number and password in the appropriate fields. If you have forgotten your patient number or password, please contact Patient Accounts at 713-743-4609. You can also pay your bill online by clicking on the "Pay My Bill" link on the main menu of the Patient Portal. Payments are processed within two business days and will reflect on your account within 24 hours. After making a payment, please review your statement for any discrepancies and contact Patient Accounts at 713-743-4609 to resolve any issues. If you would like to request a refund, please follow these steps: 1) Log in to the Patient Portal and go to "Activity History" under "My Account." 2) Under "Activity History," select "Refund Request." 3) Complete the form and click on “submit”. Your refund request will be processed within two business days and reflected on your account within 24 hours.
