Employee Extranet Portal is a web application that allows employees to access company data from any device. In this tutorial, we will show you how to login to the Employee Extranet Portal using your Uhs account.
How to Login to Uhs Employee Extranet Portal
If you are an employee of University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo, and have a user name and password for the Uhs Employee Extranet Portal, please follow these steps to login:
1. Log in to your personal Uhs account using your user name and password.
2. Click on the "Login" link on the upper-right corner of the main page of the portal. Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the "Log In" button.
3. If you are not already logged in, enter your user name and password in the "Login" fields, and click on the "Log In" button.
4. You will be taken to the main page of the portal. Click on the "My Profile" link located in the upper-left corner of this page. You will now be able to see all of your current portal privileges and settings.
How to Access Your Account
If you have an account with Uhs and are looking to log in, please follow these simple steps:
1. From any computer that you access Uhs through, open the browser and enter http://uhs.edu/login in the address bar.
2. Type your user name and password into the appropriate boxes and click “Log In”. If you are not already logged in, Uhs will prompt you to do so now.
3. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of your account information, including your courses, grades, and transcripts.
How to Edit Your Profile
If you are an employee at Uhs, you can access your profile to manage your personal information and settings. To login to your portal, follow these steps:
1. Click the "My Profile" link on the main menu of the portal.
2. You will be redirected to a new page where you can enter your username and password.
3. Once you have logged in, you can access all of your account's settings by clicking on the "Profile" tab at the top of the page.
How to Manage Your Profiles and Documents
If you are an employee of UHS and have a current UHS account, you can access your profile and documents through the Employee Extranet Portal. The portal is accessed through the myUHS website. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to myUHS.uahsc.edu.
2. In the left-hand navigation panel, click on “Login” under “My Account.”
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on “Login.”
4. You will be automatically logged in to the portal if you are already registered with myUHS. If not, you will be prompted for registration information. In either case, you will see your name at the top of the page under “Staff Profile” (see Figure 1).

How to Get Help with Uhs Employee Extranet Portal
If you're having problems logging in to the Uhs Employee Extranet Portal, please check the following:
1. Make sure that you have the correct username and password. The username is usually your first name followed by "staff". The password is usually your last name followed by "pass".
2. Make sure that you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader (version 9 or later). If you are using an older version of Adobe Reader, you may not be able to login to the portal.
