5. You will then be presented with a list of your healthcare accounts and services that are available through the Patient Portal. (Please note: if you do not have an account yet, you will need to create one first.)

If you are unable to communicate with your healthcare provider through traditional methods, there is an online portal that can help. Uh Patient Portal is a website that connects patients with healthcare providers. It allows you to submit health questions, view and print medical records, and receive messages from your doctor. To login, click the "Sign In" button on the upper right corner of the website. Then enter your name and email address. You will then be able to browse through the various sections of the site.
