1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Ugo Transfers app installed on your device.
2. Open the app and sign in.

If you have forgotten your login details or just want to check if you are logged in, follow these steps:

2. Click on the link for your account under the 'My Account' heading.

How to file a complaint with Ugo Transfers
If you have had a negative experience with Ugo Transfers, there is a way to file a complaint. Here are the steps:
1) Log in to your Ugo Transfers account.
2) Click on the "Contact Us" link on the top right corner of the screen.
3) Enter your contact information and choose the "Submit a Complaint" option.
4) You will then be taken to a form where you can describe your situation.
5) Ugo Transfers will review your complaint and respond to you as soon as possible.
