Parent Portal is a new service offered by the University of Georgia that allows parents and guardians to access their student's academic records, schedules, and other important information. This guide will show you how to login to Parent Portal and start using it!
How to login to the Uga Athena Parent Portal
To login to the Uga Athena Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1) Launch the Uga Athena Parent Portal by clicking on the "Parent Portal" icon on the home page of your school website.
2) Enter your unique portal ID in the "ID" field and click on the "Login" button.
3) You will be prompted to enter your login credentials. If you have already logged into the portal using your school email address and password, simply enter those values in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button. If you have not yet logged in, please create a new account by entering your name, email address, and password in the appropriate fields and clicking on the "Create Account" button.
4) Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the features of the parent portal.
How to manage your account
If you have a Uga Athena Parent Portal account, you can manage it from the Parent Portal. To log in, follow these steps:
1. Go to http://ugaathena.ufl.edu/.
2. In the top left corner of the screen, click Parent Portal.
3. On the left side of the screen, under My Account, click Login.
4. Enter your username and password, and then click Log In.
How to report a problem
If you have a problem with the Uga Athena Parent Portal, you can report it by clicking the "Report a problem" link on the main page.

If you need help with anything on campus, including registering for classes, getting access to your student account, or using any of ourresources, UGA Support is here to help.
To get started, visit their website and click on “Login.” Enter your username and password, and hit “Log In.” If you have not created an account yet, you will be asked to create one. After logging in, you will be able to visit the various sections of their website to find the help that you need.

How to change your password
If you forgot your password, or need to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log into the Parent Portal using your username and password.
2. Click on the “My account” link in the top navigation bar.
3. In the “My account” page, click on the “Change password” link.
4. Enter your new password in the “New password” field and confirm it in the “Confirm new password” field.
5. Click on the “Update password” button to finish setting your new password.
How to unsubscribe from email updates
If you no longer wish to receive email updates from Uga Athena, you can unsubscribe by following the instructions below. Please note that unsubscribing may prevent you from accessing some features of the Parent Portal, including but not limited to: student account information, academic transcripts, and course evaluations.
To unsubscribe from email updates:
1. Log in to your Parent Portal account.
2. Click on the My Account tab located in the top menu bar.
3. Under "Email Updates," select the Unsubscribe checkbox.
4. Click Update Subscription.
