What is Ud Parent Portal?
Ud Parent Portal is a web-based system that helps parents keep track of their children's academic and behavioral progress. Parents can access Ud Parent Portal from any web-enabled device.
How to Login to Ud Parent Portal
If you are a parent or guardian of a student at University of Detroit Mercy, you may be interested in using the Ud Parent Portal. The Parent Portal allows you to manage your student's account and access their academic information. You can also view their grades and credits earned, as well as make changes to their student profile. To login to the Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to udparentportal.com and sign in if you have already registered.
2. Click on the My Students link in the left-hand navigation menu.
3. Select your student's name from the list of students.
4. Click on the Login button next to your student's name.
5. Enter your user name and password (which you created when you registered for the Parent Portal).
6. Click on the Log In button to finish logging in to the Parent Portal.
How to Change your password
If you have forgotten your Ud Parent Portal password, or if you need to change it, follow these steps:
1. First, sign in to your Ud Parent Portal account by clicking on the "Log In" button in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page.
3. On the My Account page, click on the "Password" link in the header row.
4. Enter your current Ud Parent Portal password into the "New Password" field and click on the "Change Password" button.
5. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, enter your code into the "Two-factor Authentication" field and click on the "Change Password" button.
6. Your new Ud Parent Portal password will be displayed in the "New Password" field and will be updated immediately.
How to Report a Concern or Violation
If you have a concern about your child’s academic progress or behavior, you can use the Ud Parent Portal to report it. After you sign in, click on “My Concerns.” From here, you can select which concern you want to report, and provide as much detail as possible. You can also attach documents if necessary. Once you’ve completed the form, click on “submit.” Your report will be sent to the school district, and the affected party will be notified.
