If you are a UC San Diego student and need to access the Student Health Portal, there are a few things you need to know. First, you need to sign in using your NetID and password. Second, if you've forgotten your password or don't have a NetID, you can create one using the instructions below. How to login to the Ucsd Student Health Portal
If you are a current or former student at the University of California, San Diego, and you need to access your health information or make a health care appointment, you can log in to the Ucsd Student Health Portal through the following steps.
1. Log in to your Ucsd NetID account. You can find this information by going to ucsd.edu and clicking on MyUCSD (in the left-hand column) and then clicking on Profile. Under MyUCSD, click on Login and enter your NetID password. If you have forgotten your NetID password, visit Password Change at ucsd.edu for more information.
2. Click on MyHealth at the top of the page. This will take you to a page where you can select from a variety of services offered through the Student Health Portal, such as: Health History, registering for classes, accessing your health records, making appointments with specialists, and more. Click on MyHealth again to return to the main menu of the portal.
3. Click on Login in the upper right-hand corner of the page and enter your Ucsd
How to use the Ucsd Student Health Portal
On the Ucsd Student Health Portal home screen, click on the 'Login' link in the top right corner. Enter your NetID and password, and click on the 'Log In' button.
If you have not registered for the Ucsd Student Health Portal yet, you will be prompted to do so before you can log in. Once logged in, you will see the main screen of the portal. On this screen, you can access all of the features of the portal.
To get started, click on the 'My Profile' tab. This tab contains information about you, such as your NetID and e-mail address. You can also view your health history and make appointments online through your My Profile page.
To find out more about specific health topics, click on the links that appear under various headings on the My Profile page. For example, if you are looking for information about pregnancy health, you would click on the link that says 'Pregnancy.' This will take you to a new page where you can read about different aspects of pregnancy health, such as nutrition and exercise.

To report an issue using the portal:
1. Open the Ucsd Student Health Portal (https://portal2.ucsd.edu/) in your web browser.
2. Click on the "Help" link near the top of the page.
3. Click on "Ticketing & Feedback" in the left column under "Support."
4. Click on "Report Issue" in the right column under "My Issues."
5. Fill out the form and click on "Submit Request."
