Login in the Ucs Portal is easy. First, open the Ucs Portal and log in with your UCSC login id and password. If you don't have a UCSC login id or password, you can create one here. Once you're logged in, click the Login link on the top right of the main screen. You'll see a list of options: Sign In

If you want to manage your courses you need to login to the Ucs Portal. To login go to https://portal.ucsd.edu/login and enter your your NetID and password. Once you are logged in, click on My Courses on the left-hand side of the screen. You will then see a list of all of your courses.

Adding or dropping a course is easy with the Ucs Portal. Just follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Ucs Portal.
2. Click Courses on the left-hand side menu.
3. Click the course you want to add or drop.
4. On the right-hand side, click Add/Drop Courses.
5. Enter your student ID and password (if you have them). If you don’t have a student ID, enter your e-mail address in lieu of a student ID and click Submit.
6. On the next page, select the courses you want to add or drop, and click Submit Course Changes.
