To login to the Ucp portal:
1. Click on the "Ucp Portal" link at the top of the home page.
2. On the Ucp Portal page, click on "Login" in the left column.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on "Log In."
4. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on "Forgot Username/Password?" in the left column and follow the instructions provided.
