How to pay your rent or property taxes
If you are a current or recent Ucm Housing student, you can login to the housing portal and pay your rent or property taxes. To login, go to the housing portal (https://www.ucm.edu/housing/portal) and click on "Log In." Enter your Ucm ID and password in the appropriate fields, and click "Log In." If you do not have a Ucm ID or password, you can create one by going to https://www.ucm.edu/accounts/new-account/. Next, select "Housing Portal" from the menu on the left side of the screen, and enter your zip code in the "Area Code" field. Click "Get Started" and follow the instructions.
