How to Log In to the Uclh GP Portal
If you are a faculty or staff member of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and have a UCLA NetID, you can access the Uclh GP Portal. The Uclh GP Portal is a online resource that provides access to important information about your academic record and other student services at UCLA.
To log in to the Uclh GP Portal, first visit the website. If you are already on the website, enter your UCLA NetID in the login form on the right side of the page. If you do not have a UCLA NetID, you can create one by clicking on the link in the lower left corner of the page. Once you have entered your UCLA NetID, click on Login. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your name and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password? and then enter your name and e-mail address. You will then be sent an e-mail with instructions for resetting your password.
Lost Password?
If you have forgotten your Uclh GP Portal login password, follow these steps:
1) Click on the "Forgotten Password" link on the top right of the homepage. This will take you to a page where you can enter your username and password. If you have not changed your password since last using the portal, the username and password fields will be pre-populated with your current information. If you have changed your password since last using the portal, please enter the new password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Reset Password" button.
2) If you are having difficulty logging in, please email [email protected] and include information such as: your username ([email protected]), your email address ([email protected]), and the time of day ([email protected]). They will do their best to help you login!
Forgotten Password?
If you have forgotten your UCLH GATE password, follow these steps to reset it:
1. Go to the "Login" page on the UCLH GATE portal at https://www.uclh.ac.uk/gate/.
2. In the "Forgotten Password?" box, enter your email address and click the "Reset Password" button.
3. You will receive an email containing a new password. After you have entered the new password and clicked the "Submit" button, you will be logged in to the UCLH GATE portal again.
Changing Your Email Address?
If you've ever had to change your email address on your Uclh portal account, there's a quick and easy way to do it. Just head over to your account settings and click on "Change Email Address." You'll be prompted to enter your new email address, and that's it!
Managing Your MyUclh Account
If you are a new or returning student, you will need to create an account in MyUclh. You can register for a new account, or sign in to your existing account.
To create an account:
1. Go to MyUclh.
2. On the left-hand side, under "Sign In," click "Create New Account." Enter your name and email address, and click "Create Account."
3. Click the "My Settings" button on the right-hand side of the page. Under "My Uclh Username," enter your first and last name in full. Under "My Uclh Password," enter your password twice (without the quotes). Click "Save Changes."
4. Click the "Log In" button at the top of the page. Your username and password will be displayed below the button. If you have not registered for an account yet, your username is uch_new and your password is newstudent .
