If you are having trouble logging in to the Uclan Portal, please follow these instructions:
How to login to Uclan Portal
1. Log in to Uclan Portal using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.
2. On the left-hand menu, under "My Account," click "Login." You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.
3. Once you have logged in, you will see the main menu where you can choose which area of Uclan Portal you would like to view. The different areas of Uclan Portal include: Academics (under "Academics"), Student Affairs (under "Student Affairs"), Facilities (under "Facilities"), and News & Events (under "News & Events"). The areas are listed in order from the top of the menu.
4. To view a specific area of Uclan Portal, under "My Account" on the left-hand menu, click on that area's name. You will then be taken to that area of Uclan Portal where you can view all of the content within that section.

How to add an account
If you have not already done so, please add an account to your Uclan Portal. To add an account: 1) Click on the "Uclan Portal" logo in the upper left corner of your screen and select "Add an Account." 2) Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click "Create Account." 3) You will now be directed to create a password. Make sure that you choose a secure password and remember it for later use. 4) Click on the "Activate Account" button to finish setting up your account. Once you have activated your account, you will be able to access all of the features of your Uclan Portal.
How to change your password
To change your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Uclan Portal.
2. Click on the “Account” link in the sidebar.
3. In the “Account” panel, click on the “Password” link.
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click on the “Change Password” button.
5.Confirm your new password by clicking on the “Verify Password” button.
How to reset your password
If you forget your password, follow these instructions to reset it:
1. Click the "Forgot your Password?" link on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address and click the "Reset Password" button.
3. Confirm your new password and give the new password to a friend.
How to view your account information
If you forgot your Uclan Portal login or just need to check your account information, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Uclan Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top left corner of the page.
3. You will see all of your account information on this page.
How to print your account information
If you have forgotten your Uclan Portal login information, you can print your account information by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Uclan Portal account.
2. Click on the My Account icon located in the top right corner of the page.
3. Under Your Account Info, click on Print Account Information.
4. Complete the required fields and click on Print.
How to stop receiving email notifications from Uclan Portal
If you're not interested in receiving email notifications from Uclan Portal, there are a few easy steps you can take to stop them. First, open the Settings page on your account (by clicking on your name in the upper-right corner of the main screen and then clicking on Settings). Under the Notifications section, you'll see an option to "Stop Receiving Email Notifications." If you'd like to receive notifications for new courses but not messages from Uclan Portal, you can also choose to receive only Course Updates notifications.
