How to login to the U Suites Resident Portal
If you are new to the U Suites Resident Portal, or have not logged in for a while, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the home page of the U Suites Resident Portal and click on “Login” in the upper right corner.
2. Enter your login information and click on “Log In”.
3. You will now be taken to the main login screen.
4. To log in as a guest, enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click on “Log In”.
5. If you are already logged in, you will see the main screen of the resident portal with a list of your current accounts below it. The most important account on this screen is your “My Account” account which contains all of your personal information, including your room number and password.
How to manage your account
If you have forgotten your login information or have changed your email address, you can manage your account through the U Suites Resident Portal. To access the portal, sign in to your U Suites account and click on the "My Account" tab. From here, you can:
- Change your password
- Reset your password if you've forgotten it
- Manage your notifications
- Edit your profile information
- View or update your contact information

How to pay your rent or bill
If you have questions about your account or need to make a payment, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the U Suites Resident Portal.

5. Click on the "Submit" button.

How to report a problem with your rental
If you have a problem with your rental, please use the U Suites Resident Portal to report it.:
1. Log in to the Resident Portal using your U Suites account credentials.
2. Under the "My Rental" tab, click on the "Report a Problem" link.
3. In the "Report a Problem" form, provide as much information about your issue as possible.
4. Click on the "Submit Report" button to send your report to U Suites staff. Thank you for helping us improve their service!
How to get a security deposit back
If you are a U Suite resident and your unit has been vacated, be sure to login to the Resident Portal and follow these steps:
1. On the Resident Portal home page, click "My Account" in the top right corner.
2. In the My Account overview, click on "View Security Deposit History."
3. On the View Security Deposit History page, under "Resident Name," select the check box next to your name.
4. Click on "View Security Deposit Details."
5. On the View Security Deposit Details page, under "Security Deposit Amount," select the drop down menu and select "All Entries."
6. You will see a list of all entries made for your security deposit. Select the entry you want to view and click on "Show Detail" to get more information about that entry.
7. Under "Remarks," find where it says "Returned (Date)." This is where you will find the date your security deposit was returned to you. If it was not returned on that date, please call (855) 872-0100 for assistance with returning your security deposit.
How to remove yourself from the lease
If you no longer need your suite, and want to remove yourself from the lease, please follow these steps:
1. Login to the Resident Portal.
2. Click on "My Suites" in the left hand column.
3. In the "Lease Status" column, select "Leased Out."
4. Click on the "Remove Myself" button at the bottom of the page.
