How to login to the U of I Self Service Portal
The U of I Self Service Portal is a great resource for accessing information and services across the University. When you first open the portal, you will be asked to login. Here are instructions on how to login:
1. From any computer on campus, open the U of I Self Service Portal (http://services.illinois.edu).
2. In the top left corner of the screen, click the Login link.
3. Enter your username and password in the fields that appear, and click Login.
4. If you have not previously set up your credentials, ArcGIS Online will prompt you to do so now. Follow the prompts to complete the registration process.
5. You are now logged in to the U of I Self Service Portal!
How to use the U of I Self Service Portal
If you are new to the U of I Self Service Portal, or need help logging in, follow these steps:
1.Click on the "Login" button on the top left of the main page.
2.Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Log In" button.

How to find your account information
If you don't remember your password, or if you've forgotten your username, follow these steps to find your account information.
1. Click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address and click on the "Send me an email" button.
3. Enter your forgotten password and click on the "Submit" button.
4. You will receive an email notification that your password has been reset. If you do not receive this email, please contact sylvester [at] illini [dot] edu.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your login credentials, or if you want to change your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Self Service Portal by clicking on the "Self Service Portal" link in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on the "Password Change" link in the main menu.
3. Enter your current password in the "New Password" field and your new password in the "New Password Confirmation" field.
4. Click on the "Change Password" button to confirm your new password.
How to access your MyUofI account
If you have ever registered for services on MyUofI, you are likely familiar with the login process. To access your account, go to the main MyUofI page and click on the “Login” link in the upper right-hand corner. You will be asked to enter your email and password. If this is your first time visiting MyUofI, you will also be asked to create an account.
How to report a problem with the U of I Self Service Portal
If you are having trouble logging in to the U of I Self Service Portal, there are a few things that you can do to try and troubleshoot the problem.
1. Make sure that you are using the correct user name and password for your account.
