Welcome to their Txox Customer Portal! This website is designed to make it easy for their customers to access their account information, manage their orders, and contact them should they have any questions or problems.
To login to your account, you'll first need to create a Username and Password. Once you've logged in, you can access all of your account information by clicking on the My Account tab on the left-hand side of the screen. You can also manage your orders and contact them should you have any questions by clicking on the corresponding links on the My Orders and Contact Us tabs. Have fun!
How to Login to the Txox Customer Portal
If you have not already done so, please create an account on the Txox Customer Portal. Once you have created your account, follow these instructions to login:
1. On the home page of the Txox Customer Portal, click on the "Login" link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the " LOGIN " button.
3. You will be redirected to a page where you can confirm your login information. If everything is correct, you will be logged in and can begin exploring their site!
How to Change Your Password
To change your password, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Txox Customer Portal.
2. Click on the "Account" tab.
3. In the "Account Details" section, click on the "My Profile" link.
4. In the "My Profile" page, under "Login Details", click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
5. Enter your old login details and click on the "Change Password" button.
How to Report a Problem

How to Cancel your Account
If you no longer need the Txox customer portal, you can cancel your account by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the My Account tab.
3. Under Account Details, click on Cancel my account.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
