How to Login to your Parent Portal
To login to your Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click the Parent Portal tab on the home screen of your MyTX account.
2. Enter your MyTX user name and password in the appropriate fields and click Login.
3. Your Parent Portal will open.
How to Request Transcripts
If you need transcripts for your student, you can request them through the Tx Virtual Academy Parent Portal. To request transcripts, first log into the Parent Portal and click on the "Transcripts" tab. From here, you will be able to select which transcripts you would like to request. You will then be prompted to provide your student's name and ID number. After providing these details, you will be asked to indicate whether you would like copies of the transcripts or if you would like them sent electronically. If you choose to receive copies of the transcripts, they will be sent to the address that you provide in step 4. If you choose to have them sent electronically, your student's transcript data will be uploaded to the TxVirtualAcademy portal and a copy will be sent to you via email.

How to Change Your Email Address
If you have ever changed your email address on the Tx Virtual Academy Parent Portal, you know that it is not always easy to find the new address. In this blog post, we will show you how to change your email address on the Parent Portal.
The first step is to login to the Parent Portal. After logging in, click on the Member Profile link in the top left corner of the screen. On the Member Profile page, click on Change Email Address in the header. The Change Email Address page will open. Enter your new email address in the Email Address field and click on Update Profile. Your new email address will now be displayed on all of your Parent Portal profiles.
