How to login to the Trustmark Provider Portal
If you are a current or former Trustmark Provider, you can login to the Provider Portal to manage your provider account and access your provider account data. To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your trustmarkprovider.com account.
2. Click on My Account in the top menu bar.
3. In the My Account section, click on Login.
4. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click the Log In button. If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Your Password? and enter your email address in the provided field and click Reset Password. You will then receive an email notification with instructions on how to reset your password.
5. Once you have logged in, you will see the Provider Portal page listed under My Accounts on the left-hand side of the screen. This page displays all of your active provider accounts as well as any inactive provider accounts that you have access to (you will need to become a provider for an inactive account to access it). You can also view additional information about any of your active or inactive provider accounts by clicking on the link associated with that account name
How to find information about your health insurance plan
If you have health insurance through a trustmark provider, you can find information about your plan and coverage on the provider portal.

How to file a claim
If you have a trustmark product issue, the first step is to login to the Provider Portal and file a claim. Here's how:
1. Go to https://my.trustmark.com/account/login/.

3. On the Welcome page, click File a Claim.
4. On the Claims Overview page, under Product Type, select the trustmark product you need help with.
