Accessing your account
If you have forgotten your password, please follow these instructions to reset it. If you have not yet registered for Trupanion, please visit their website and create an account. After registering, you will be able to access all of the features of their member portal.
Changing your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Trupanion Member Portal and click on the "Account" tab.
2. On the "Account" tab, click on the "password" link.
3. Type in your current password and then click on the "change password" button.
4. Review the new password and then click on the "update profile" button.
Logging in for the first time
If you haven't already, create an account on the Trupanion Member Portal. To log in, follow these steps:
1. Click on the login link in the main toolbar.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.
3. Click on the login button to finish entering your information.
4. If you are a new member, you will be asked to create a profile. Once you have created your profile, you will be able to log in and use all of the features of the Trupanion Member Portal.
Adding a new cardholder
If you are a new Trupanion member and have not yet registered for an account, you can do so here. Once registered, enter your username and password in the login form below to access your account.

Adding a new cardholder
Cancelling your card
If you need to cancel your Trupanion card, go to the Trupanion Member Portal and sign in. Click on “My Account” in the top right corner, and then click on the “Cancellation” link under My Health Information. You will be asked to provide your card number and expiration date.
Adding a new beneficiary
If you are a Trupanion member and have not added a beneficiary for your policy, you can do so through their member portal. To add a beneficiary, first log in to your member portal. From the main menu, select "Beneficiaries." Click on the "Add new beneficiary" button. You will be prompted to enter your beneficiary's name, policy number, and contact information. Once you have completed the form, click on the "Submit" button.
Turning off notifications
If you're not interested in receiving notification emails from Trupanion, you can turn them off on the member portal. Just follow these steps:
1. On the member portal, click on your profile photo in the top right corner.
2. In the "Profile" section, scroll down to "Notifications" and toggle the "Enable Notifications" switch to "Off."
3. You're done!
