How to login:
1. Enter your user name and password in the online registration form below. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please click here for instructions on how to retrieve them.

3. Enter your user name and password again in the "Login" form that appears, and then click "Log In." Your log in will be successful if you see a message that reads "Your login has been accepted."

To login to the Travel Health America Portal:
1. Go to travelhealthamerica.gov.
2. On the homepage, click on "Login."
3. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields, and click "Log In."
4. You will be taken to a page where you can select your country of travel.
5. Under "Country of Travel," select the country you are travelling to. (For example, if you are travelling to Mexico, select Mexico.)
