Town Center Pediatrics Patient Portal is a web-based system that allows parents to access their child's health records, including doctor appointments, medication prescriptions, and other medical information. In order to login and access the system, parents need to provide their name and date of birth as well as the child's last name.
How to Login to the Town Center Pediatrics Patient Portal
If you are a patient at Town Center Pediatrics, you can access their Patient Portal to view important health information and manage your medical records. To login, please follow these steps:
1. Log in using your MyTownCenter account or create a new account if you don't have one.
2. Click on the Patients tab. You'll see all of your current patient records, as well as the ability to add or edit records.
3. To access your medical history, click on My Health History. This will open a new window with all of your health information, including medications and tests performed.
4. To access your care plan, click on My Care Plan. This will open a new window with all of the instructions and goals we have set for you during your treatment at Town Center Pediatrics.

How to Use the Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is a new way to access your health information and records. You can use the Patient Portal to get updates on your health, ask questions, and share your experiences with other patients. Here are some tips on how to use the Patient Portal:
To access the Patient Portal, go to www.towncenterpediatrics.com/patient-portal and log in using your patient ID number or healthcare card number. To find out your patient ID number or healthcare card number, go to www.towncenterpediatrics.com/my-account and look under My Account > My Info.
Once you have logged in, click the My Profile tab on the left side of the page. This tab includes information about you such as your name, address, and insurance information. In addition, this tab contains links to important sections of the Patient Portal such as My Health History and My Medical Records.
To get updates on your health, click My Health History in the My Profile section of the Patient Portal. This section includes a list of all of the medical services that we have provided for you and any related bills that we have sent to your insurance company. How to Access Your Health Records
If you are a patient at Town Center Pediatrics, you can use their Patient Portal to access your health records. To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to their Patient Portal website at www.towncenterpediatrics.com and sign in. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgotten Your Password?" link on the main page and enter your email address in the "Create New Password" dialog box. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
2. Click the "My Records" tab on the main page of their website. You will be prompted to enter your first and last name. After you have entered your information, click the "Create Account" button.
3. In the "Create Account" window, enter your email address and select a password (twice). Click the "Create Account" button again to finish signing in to your account.
4. After you have signed in, click the "My Records" tab on the main page of their website again to view your health records. You will see a list of all of your visits to Town Center Pediatrics since you began using their Patient Portal (
How to Report a Complaint
If you have a complaint about your doctor or health care center, you can use their Patient Portal to file a report.
To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.towncenterpediatrics.com and sign in.
2. On the left side of the screen, click on "My Account."
3. Under "Medical Services," click on "Patient Portal."
4. Enter your login name and password and click on "Login."
5. On the right side of the screen, under "Complaints," click on "File a Complaint."
6. On the next page, fill out the information requested and click on "Submit."
