The Touro Patient Portal provides easy access to your medical records and health information, including appointments, medications, and lab results. To login to the Touro Patient Portal, follow these simple steps:

How to find your patient profile
If you are new to Touro, please follow these instructions to create your account. Once you have registered and logged in, you will be able to view your patient profile, see all of the services we offer and find information about how to book appointments.
To create a new patient profile:
1. Log in to Touro using your patient login ID and password.
2. Click on the "My Profile" link in the main navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
3. On the My Profile page, click on the "New Patient" link in the upper-left corner of the page.
4. Fill out the fields below and click on the "Create Profile" button at the bottom of the page. You will now be taken to your newly created patient profile page!
5. Congratulations! You are now a Touro patient!
How to request a new patient form
If you are a new patient, please complete their online form to request a new patient form. They will send you instructions on how to print and complete the form. You can also pick up a copy of the form at any Touro Health System location.
How to add new medications or devices
If you are a Touro patient and need to add a new medication or device to your account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Touro Patient Portal.
2. Click on My Medications or My Devices.
3. Select the item you want to add from the list of available items.
4. Click on Add New to enter the specific information about the new medication or device.
How to cancel or update appointments
If you have a Touro patient portal account, you can login to the website and cancel or update your appointments. To login to your patient portal account, go to www.touro.org and sign in with your username and password. Once you’re logged in, click on the “My appointments” tab at the top of the page. Under “Appointments I have scheduled,” select the appointment you want to update or cancel. From here, you can choose to cancel or update the appointment by clicking on the appropriate button. If you need to contact your doctor or nurse, you can do so through the Touro Patient Portal. The portal is easy to use and allows you to easily access your medical records and contact information.
How to get a bill from Touro Hospital System
The Touro Patient Portal is an online tool that patients can use to access their medical records, view bills, and more. To login, first enter your patient ID number in the box below. This number can be found on your hospital bill or on the back of your ID card. If you do not have a patient ID number, please call their billing department at 1-888-TOURO (1-888-868-7665).
Once you have entered your patient ID number, click on the "login" button to begin accessing your account. You will be prompted for your password. Once you have entered your password, you will be able to view all of your account information, including bills and medical records. You can also contact their billing department if you have any questions or problems logging in.
