Touchpoint Pediatrics Patient Portal is a new patient portal that was launched earlier this year. The goal of the portal is to make it easier for parents to access their child's medical information, including doctor appointments and medications. In this article, we'll show you how to login to the Patient Portal and use it to manage your child's health records.
How to create an account
If you are a new patient, you will need to create an account. If you have an existing patient account, please use that login information.
To create an account:
1. Click the "Login" button on the home page of their website.
2. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields and click the "Create Account" button.
3. You will be prompted to provide your birth date. If you do not have this information, we can help you find it using their database. Please note: Once you have created your account, you will be able to log in automatically each time you visit their website.
How to login
To login to your Touchpoint Pediatrics Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Touchpoint website.
2. Click on the "Patients" tab at the top of the page.
3. Enter your patient's ID number or name into the search bar located on the left side of the page.
4. Once you have found your patient's record, click on their name to enter their profile.
5. On the right side of the page, click on "Login."
6. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields, and click "Login."
How to update your profile
If you haven't done so already, open the Touchpoint Patient Portal and create a profile.
Once you have created your profile, you will need to login. To do this:
1. Click on your name in the top right corner of the portal.
2. Enter your login information and click on "Log In."

How to view your medical records
The Touchpoint Patient Portal is a secure online portal that allows you to view your medical records, including appointments, lab results, and more. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Login" button in the upper right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click "Log In." You will be prompted to confirm your password.
4. You will now be able to view your medical records and make changes to your account.
How to dispute a claim
If you have a dispute about a claim, you can login to the Patient Portal and dispute the claim. To login to the Patient Portal, go to https://patientportal.touchpointmed.com/. Once you are logged in, click Dispute Claim on the top left corner of the screen. You will be asked to provide your patient ID number and the date of service.
How to send a message
To send a message to Touchpoint Pediatrics, log in to the patient portal and click on "Inbox".
On the right side of the screen, under "Subject", type your message. Make sure to include your patient portal username and password in the message body.
After you send your message, you will receive a confirmation email from Touchpoint Pediatrics.
How to unsubscribe from messages
If you would like to unsubscribe from their email messages, please follow the instructions below.
1. From your Touchpoint Pediatrics Patient Portal, click on the "My Account" tab in the top left corner of the screen.
2. On the My Account page, click on the "Unsubscribe" link under the "Email Updates" heading.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to unsubscribe from their email messages.

If you need to contact Touchpoint Pediatrics, the patient portal is the best way to do so. The patient portal is a one-stop shop for patients to access their medical history, schedule appointments, and more. Here's how to login:
1. Go to https://www.touchpointpediatrics.com/patientportal/.
2. Click Login at the top of the page.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click Log In.
4. On the left side of the screen, under My Account, you will see My Appointments and My History tabs. Under My Appointments, you will see all of your upcoming appointments with Touchpoint Pediatrics by date and time. You can also add new appointments by clicking the Add New Appointment button at the top of the page. Under My History, you can view your medical history and medication information. You can also print out your history or share it with a doctor or nurse if you want.
