How to login to Tks Parent Portal
If you are a parent of a student in the Palatine School District, you can use their Parent Portal to keep up with your student's educational progress and communicate with the school. To access the Parent Portal, you will need to create an account. You can create an account by clicking on the link below:

Once you have created your account, you can enter your email address and password in the login form to access your account. From this page, you can view your student's enrollment information, grades and transcripts, and messages from the school district. You can also manage your contact information and parental rights. How to add or edit a student’s contact information
If you are a parent or guardian of a student who is registered in their Parent Portal, you can add or edit that student’s contact information by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal using your school login and password.
2. Click on the My Students tab.
3. On the My Students page, click on the Add Student button.
4. Enter the student’s name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click on the Save button.
5. If you want to change the phone number for this student, enter it in the Phone Number field and click on the Save button.
6. If you want to remove this student from your Parent Portal altogether, select the Delete Student checkbox and click on the Save button.
How to change a student’s password
If you are the parent of a student using their Tks Parent Portal, you can change that student’s password. To do this, log in to your account and click on the “My Students” tab. From there, select the student you want to change their password for and click on the “Change Password” button. Enter the new password in the appropriate field and click on the “Update Profile” button.
How to block a student from accessing their account
If you have a student who is constantly misusing their account or accessing accounts that are not theirs, you can block their account from accessing the parent portal. To do this:
1. Log in to the parent portal at www.tes.com/parentportal.
2. Under "Settings," click on "Blocked Students."
3. In the "Block Student" list, select the student's name and click on the "Block This Student" button.
4. You will be prompted to enter a reason for blocking the student, and your choice will be saved.
How to report an issue with a student’s account
If you have an issue with a student’s account, please login to their Parent Portal and submit a ticket. Our team will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
How to unsubscribe from Tks Parent Portal
If you no longer want to receive emails from Tks Parent Portal, you can unsubscribe by following these instructions:
1. Log in to your account at www.tkstransparency.org/parentportal.aspx
2. Click on the "My Account" tab on the left-hand side of the page
3. Under "My Subscriptions," click on the red "Unsubscribe" button next to the email address for Tks Parent Portal that you would like to unsubscribe from (if there is more than one email address associated with your account, you will need to unsubscribe from each one)
4. In the confirmation message that appears, click on the "Unsubscribe Now" link
5. Your subscription will be cancelled and you will no longer receive emails from Tks Parent Portal
