The Provider Overview page also includes an embedded Billing Form and Payment Form.
To make a credit or debit card payment, providers can access the Payment History tab on the Account Overview page and select the applicable payment method from the list of options. After selecting a payment method, providers can enter their credit or debit card information on the Payment Form.
To make a PayPal payment, providers can access the PayPal Payment History tab on the Account Overview page and select the applicable payment method from the list of options. After selecting a payment method, providers can enter their PayPal account information on the Payment Form.
