How to login to the Vue Charlotte Resident Portal
The Vue Charlotte Resident Portal is a website that allows residents to manage their account and stay up-to-date with all the latest happenings at the community. To access the Resident Portal, log in below.
If you have not already created an account, create one now by clicking on the link in the header of this page. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the Home page where you can find all of the information you need to get started living at Vue Charlotte.
To login, enter your email address and password in the fields below and hit "Login". You will then be taken to the "My Account" page where you can view all of your account information, including your name, contact information, and recent activity. How to use the Resident Portal
If you are a current Vue Charlotte resident, you can use the Resident Portal to manage your account and access your apartment. To sign in, click the link on the homepage or click the orange "Sign In" button in the top left corner of the page. Note: You must have an active login to view your account information. If you forgot your login name or password, please contact them [email protected].
To access your account information, click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the page. This will take you to a page where you can view your account details, including your address, unit number, and email address. You can also add or edit your contact information here. You can also view important notices and alerts that we have sent you by clicking on the "Notices" tab. Finally, you can manage your account settings by clicking on "Settings" in the top right corner of the page.

How to find your account information
If you have not yet registered with the Vue Charlotte resident portal, now is the time to do so! Once you have registered, you will be able to find your account information by following these steps:
1. Go to the home page of the resident portal and click on “Login” in the upper left-hand corner.
2. In the “Login” form, enter your name (first and last) and email address.
3. Click on “Log In” to log in to your account. Your user name will be displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the login form. You can also click on your user name to view all of your account information.
4. If you are a new resident, or if your account has been inactive for 30 days or more, you will need to create a new password before you can login. Click on “Forgot Password?” in the upper right-hand corner of the login form and enter your email address and user name (which are displayed in Step 2 above) into the appropriate fields. If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Vue Charlotte resident portal.
2. Click on the "Your Account" link at the top of the page.
3. Click on the "Password" link in the left sidebar.
4. Enter your current password in the "Enter new password" textbox and click on the "Change password" button.
5. Type a new password in the "New password" textbox and click on the "Change password" button again.
6. Once your new password is confirmed, click on the "OK" button to save it.

1. Log in to your Vue account.
