Are you a resident of one of the Venue Residences? If so, you’ll want to be familiar with the Venue Resident Portal. This is a web-based tool that allows you to manage your account, view your residency history, and more. In this article, we’ll teach you how to login and use the Resident Portal.
How to login to the Venue Resident Portal
If you are a Venue resident, you can login to the Venue Resident Portal to view your account information, make changes to your profile, and connect with other residents. To login, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Venue account.
2. Click the "My Account" link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click the "Log In" button.
4. You will be taken to the "Residents" page of the portal. Here you will see all of your account information, including your username, password, email address, and current status (active or inactive). You can also change your password here if you have forgotten it.
How to find your account information
To find your account information, first sign in to the Venue Resident Portal. Once you are logged in, go to My Account and click on the name of the event you would like to view your account information for. On the right side of the screen, you will see a list of tabs with information related to your event.
The tabs you will see depend on which type of event you are attending:
Venue Resident Portal - This tab displays general information about your event, such as the date and time it is taking place, its location, and how many tickets have been sold. You can also find out who is performing and view their bios.

Registration - If you have registered for an event through the Venue Resident Portal, this tab will show you all of your registration information, such as your name and email address. How to change your password
When you first sign in to the Resident Portal, you will be prompted to change your password. Here is how to do it:
How to make a payment
If you are a resident of The Venue, and have not made a payment in over 60 days, you will need to login and make a payment. To login, please click the "Login" button in the top right corner of this page. After logging in, please click on the "My Account" tab on the left hand side of the screen. On this tab, you will see a list of your account information including your payment history. To make a payment, select the appropriate payment method from the dropdown menu and enter your billing information. After clicking submit, your payment should be processed within minutes.
