What is The Pointe Apartments Resident Portal?
The Pointe Apartments Resident Portal is a new online resident portal that was created as part of an initiative by The Pointe at Westlake Village to provide residents with easy access to their personal belongings, schedule updates and more.
To access the Resident Portal, residents must first sign in using their MyPointe account. Once they have signed in, they can access their account information, view current and past schedule updates, check their mail and package arrivals, and more.
Residents can also request maintenance or repair work be done on their unit, make a complaint about the property or any other issues they may have with their stay.

How to login to the Resident Portal
If you have forgotten your login credentials, or need to reset them, you can do so through the Resident Portal. To login, first click the "Login" button on the homepage of the portal. Enter your name and password and hit the "Log In" button. You will then be taken to a screen where you can choose to log in as a guest or resident. If you are a resident, you will be prompted to enter your ID number and pin code. If you are a guest, you will be prompted to register for an account. After registering for an account, you will be able to login using your email address and password.
How to access your account and preferences
The Pointe Apartments Resident Portal is a great way to manage your account and preferences. You can access your account information, make changes to your preferences, and more. Here are the steps to accessing your Resident Portal:
1. Log in to your Resident Portal account by clicking on the "Login" button on the home page.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button.
3. You will be taken to the main screen of your Resident Portal account. Here you can see all of your account information, including your name, email address, and password. You can also change these details if you need to.
4. To view or change your preferences, click on the "Preferences" link in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your preferences for The Pointe Apartments. You can change any of these preferences at any time by clicking on the "Update Preferences" link.

3. On the "My Account" page, you will see all of your current account information. You can update your contact information, housing status, and more!

If you need assistance with your Pointe Apartments Unit, please login to their resident portal and submit a request for a maintenance technician visit. How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to change it, you can do so by logging in to the Resident Portal. To log in, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Resident Portal home page and click on the Login link in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Enter your username (usually your email address) and password. If you have not created a username and password, the system will ask you to do so now.
3. If everything is correct, a message will appear indicating that you are logged in. You can now access all of the portal's features.

If you would like to unsubscribe from notifications for the blog, please follow these instructions:
1. Click on the "Notifications" link at the top of the page.
2. Under "Blog Notifications," select the option to "Unsubscribe."
3. Confirm your decision by clicking on the "Submit" button.
