If you're like most people, you probably log in to your Marq Resident Portal (Marp) account from time to time to check on your account information or access services that are specific to residents. But if you've never logged in before, don't worry - this guide will show you how!
What is the Marq Resident Portal?
The Marq Resident Portal is a web-based portal that allows residents to manage their personal information and schedule appointments. It is also a way for residents to stay up-to-date with news and events in the community.
How do I login to the Marq Resident Portal?
To login to the Marq Resident Portal, you will need your Marq ID and password. Your Marq ID is the nine-digit number found on your identification card or driver’s license. Your password is the same as your Marq ID. You can find these numbers on the back of your identification card or driver’s license.
To login, click on the “Login” link at the top of the page. Enter your Marq ID and password into the appropriate boxes, and click “Log In”. You will be redirected to the main page of the Marq Resident Portal.

How to login to the Marq Resident Portal
To login to the Marq Resident Portal, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to marq.com/resident-portal.html and click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Enter your user name and password and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will now be prompted to select a role in which you would like to participate on the Marq Resident Portal. Select one of the following roles and click on the "Next" button:
- Advocate: If you are an advocate representing a client, member or group on Marq, this is the role for you.
- Client: If you are a resident or client of Marq, this is the role for you.
- Community Member: If you are a member of the community who has registered for an account but has not yet created an advocate profile or made any contributions to Marq, this is the role for you.
4. You will now be asked to provide your contact information for advocacy purposes. This information will not be shared with anyone other than your advocates
How to use the Marq Resident Portal
The Marq Resident Portal is a new online portal that allows residents to access their account information, including their address, lease agreement, and rental history. To login to the portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to marqresidentportal.com and click the "Login" button on the upper-right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your username and password in the corresponding fields and click the "Login" button.
3. If you have not yet created an account with Marq, click the "Create Account" link on the left side of the login screen and follow the instructions. NOTE: If you have already created an account with Marq, you can skip this step.
4. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your account page. On this page, you will find information about your address, lease agreement, and rental history. You can also access your contact information, calendar events, and other resources that are specific to your community.
