Welcome to the Guild Payroll Portal! This website is designed to help guilds manage their payrolls and tax filings. In order to login, you will need your guild's unique registration number (found on the guild charter or by contacting guild leadership). Once you have logged in, you can access your account overview, view your recent transactions, and more!
Logging In
If you are new to the Guild Payroll Portal, you will need to login first. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Login link that is located in the top right corner of the home screen.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Log In button.
3. You will now be taken to the login page where you can enter your employee information.
4. If you have previously logged in, you will see the My Account page. From here, you can manage your account, including viewing your payroll history and making changes to your account settings.
Adding Employees
Adding Employees to Your Guild Payroll Portal
If you're a guild administrator who needs to add new employees to your payroll portal, the process is fairly simple. You'll first need to create a user account for each new employee. Then, log in to your guild payroll portal and click on Employees in the left-hand column. From there, you'll select the user account you want to add the employee to and follow the prompts to complete the process.
Editing Employees
The Guild Payroll Portal allows guild leaders to easily manage their payroll by editing and approving employee transactions. To login and begin editing employees, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Guild Payroll Portal homepage.
2. Click the "Login" link in the upper left corner of the page.
3. Enter your guild's email address and password in the appropriate fields and click "Login".
4. On the "Employees" page, you will see a list of all of your guild's employees. To edit an employee, click on their name and then follow the instructions on the following screen:

Deleting Employees
If you decide to remove an employee from your payroll, follow these steps:
Log in to the Guild Payroll Portal. Select Employees on the left hand side. Select the employee you wish to delete. Click on the Delete button next to their name.
