To create or edit your account, please click on the "Create Account" link on the upper right hand corner of every page. You will need to provide your name, email address, password and birthdate. After you have created an account, you will be able to access all of the features of the site. How to login to the Grove San Marcos Resident Portal
If you are a resident of The Grove San Marcos, you can login to their resident portal to access your important information and stay connected with the community.
To login, go to http://www.grovesanmarcus.com/resident-portal and enter your user name and password. You will be redirected to the home page of the portal.
Once you have logged in, you will see the following menus:
- My Profile: This is where you can view your account information, including your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click “Lost Password?” under “My Profile” and follow the instructions.
- Activities: This menu lists all of the activities that are currently being offered by The Grove San Marcos. Click on an activity to learn more about it and register for it if you are interested.
- Community News: This menu provides updates about events happening at The Grove San Marcos as well as important information about the community.
- Newsletter Subscription: If you would like to receive notifications about new content on their resident portal, click “Subscribe” under “Community News” and enter your email address. You will then be notified
How to find information about your residence hall and room
The Grove is a residence hall on the Texas State University campus in San Marcos. The website provides information about your room, roommate, and activities. You can also find information about dining options, campus services, and more.
To login to the website, go to: https://residencehall.tsu.edu/grove and enter your student ID number (found on your ID card) and password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact the Residence Life Office at 512-236-5355 or via email at [email protected].
How to report a problem with your residence hall or room
If you have a problem with your residence hall or room, there are several things that you can do to help solve the issue. First, you can try to contact the resident assistant or adviser for your hall or room. They will be able to help you navigate the system and resolve any problems that you are experiencing. If that does not work, you can also reach out to the housing office directly. They will be able to help you find an alternate solution or even move into a new room if necessary.
How to add or change your contact information
If you are a new resident of The Grove San Marcos, and have not already done so, please login to their resident portal and add your contact information. You can find instructions on how to do this below. Once you have added your contact information, please feel free to use the menus on the left to explore their community and get to know your neighbors. How to add or change your contact information:
1. Log in to the resident portal by clicking on the logo above.
2. Click on “My Profile” in the top right corner.
3. Under “Personal Info,” click on “Add New Contact.”
4. In the “Contact Information” field, enter your name, phone number, email address, and (optionally) website/blog address. Please note: Your email address will be used for communication with you about community events and updates from The Grove San Marcos staff. How to unsubscribe from their email updates
If you no longer wish to receive notifications of new blog posts, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link in the email that was sent to you. If you have already unsubscribed, please ensure that your email address is correct in their database. Once your email address has been corrected, please notify us of the change by clicking on the link in the email you received announcing the update.
