How to login to the Grand At Rum Creek Resident Portal
If you are a resident of the Grand At Rum Creek community, you can use this guide to login to the Residents Portal.
First, click on the logo in the top left corner of the page. This will take you to a page with information about the Grand At Rum Creek community.
To login, click on the Login link in the menu on the left side of the page. This will take you to a page that has fields for your name and email address. Enter your name and email address into the appropriate fields and click on the Submit button. You will then be taken to a confirmation page that has your login information. If everything is correct, you will be taken to the Residents Portal main page!
How to use the Resident Portal
If you have not already, please create a new account on the Resident Portal. Once you have created your account, please follow these instructions to login:
1. Navigate to the "Login" tab on the home page of the Resident Portal.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click "Log In."
3. You will be redirected to the "My Account" page. From here, you can view your account information and manage your preferences.
4. If you need to reset your password, click "Forgot Your Password?" under the "My Account" header and enter your username and email address in the appropriate fields. A new password will be sent to this email address.
