How to add or update your contact information
If you are an Art Institute faculty member, you can add or update your contact information on the Faculty Portal. To login to the Faculty Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your My ASU account.
2. Click on the My ASU link in the left navigation bar.
3. In the My ASU page, click on the Administration tab.
4. Under Staff & Faculty, click on the Login link next to your name in the list of employees.
5. Enter your user name and password and click on the Log In button.
6. On the Login screen, select either Add a New Contact or Update Your Current Contact Information from the menu options. If you have multiple email addresses associated with your account, select Update Your Multiple Email Addresses from this same menu option. The Update Your Multiple Email Addresses dialog box will appear. Select which email addresses you want to update and then enter the new information for each address in the fields provided. Click on the Submit button to save your changes and return to the Login screen.
How to manage and view your profile
