First, sign in to the patient portal using your MyTexasDermatology account. If you don't have an account yet, create one now.
Once you're logged in, click on the 'My Records' tab on the left side of the screen. This will open up a list of all of your records with Texas Dermatology Associates. You can access each record by clicking on the appropriate link.

Texas Dermatology Associates Patient Portal How to Login
If you are a new patient or have not logged in for more than 30 days, please follow these instructions to create an account and login.
To create an account:
1. Click the "Create Account" link on the main menu.
2. Enter your first and last name in the required fields and click "Create Account".
3. The Patient Portal will prompt you to provide your email address. Please enter your valid email address in the provided field and click "Next".
4. You will be prompted to select a password. Please enter a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes at least one number and one letter. Click "Create Password".
5. The Patient Portal will confirm your password and provide you with instructions on how to access your account from now on. To log in:
1. On the main menu, click the "Log In" link.
2. Enter your user name and password in the respective fields and click "Login".
About TDA
The Texas Dermatology Associates Patient Portal is a secure online resource that provides patients with easy access to their medical records, appointment information, and more. Patients can login using their patient ID and password, or create a new account. The Patient Portal is free and available to all TDA patients.
To login to the Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" button on the top right corner of their website.
2. Enter your patient ID and password (if you have already created an account, you will already have this information).
3. If you have not created an account yet, click on "Register New Account." You will then be prompted to enter your name, email address, and password. Please make sure that your email address is correct so that we can contact you about important clinic updates and news.
4. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your current appointments in their calendar. You can view or edit your appointments by clicking on the blue "Appointments" tab at the top of the page. You can also find out more about your health history by clicking on "My Health

This will take you to a new screen where you can create an account or login if you have already registered with them. To login, please enter your username (first name only) and last name in the boxes below, then click "log in." Your user name is the same as your email address. Appointments
If you are new to the Patient Portal, please review the following instructions before logging in:
- Click on the "New User" link at the top of the page.
- Fill out the required fields, and click on "Create Account."
- Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click on "Log In."
- If you have previously logged in to the Patient Portal, your login information will be displayed next to your name in the "Log In" column. Simply enter your password in the "Password" field and click on "OK."
