How to login to Test Valley Planning Portal
If you are a registered user of the Test Valley Planning Portal, log in below. If you are not yet registered, please click the Register link above to create an account.
How to find information on your planning area
If you are not registered with the Test Valley Planning Portal, you can sign up at: https://planningportal.testvalley.gov.uk/. Once you have registered and logged in, you will see the main menu on the left hand side of the screen. Click on ‘My Planning Area’. The My Planning Area page will open and you will be able to find information on your planning area including; overview map, development controls, recent planning decisions, public transport links and more.
How to use the planning area resources
If you are a registered user of the Test Valley Planning Portal, you will be able to log in using your username and password. If you have not registered with the portal, or if you have forgotten your username and password, please follow the instructions below.
To log in to the planning area resources:
1. Click on ‘Login’ at the top of the page.
2. Enter your username and password and click on ‘Log In’.
3. You will now be taken to the main planning area where you can access all of the resources available to registered users.
