How to login
If you are not already a Tenneco Supplier Portal user, please follow these steps to create an account:
1. Go to https://www.tenneco.com/supplierportal/.
2. Click on the "Create an Account" link in the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your name and email address in the appropriate fields, and click on the "Create Account" button.
4. You will be redirected to a login page where you will need to enter your password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the features of the Tenneco Supplier Portal.
How to add a new supplier
If you are a supplier looking to get listed on the Tenneco Supplier Portal, the first thing you need to do is register with Tenneco. Once you have registered, you will be able to login and submit your information. Here is how to add a new supplier:
1. Log in to the Tenneco Supplier Portal.
2. Click on "Add a New Supplier" at the top of the page.
3. Fill out the form, and click on "Submit."
4. You will now be redirected to the supplier's listing page. Congratulations!
How to edit an existing supplier
Tenneco Supplier Portal provides an easy way to manage and update supplier information. To edit an existing supplier, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Supplier link in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the Supplier screen, click on the Edit link next to the supplier you want to edit.
3. On the Edit supplier screen, you will see all of the information for this supplier including a list of products, services and contact information. You can also add or delete products, services or contact information.
4. To make changes to your supplier information, click on the Update link next to one of your products, services or contact information. This will take you to a new screen where you can enter new data or modify existing data.
How to unsubscribe from a supplier list
If you no longer want to receive notification emails from Tenneco, you can unsubscribe from their supplier list by following these steps:
1. Log into the Tenneco Supplier Portal.
2. Click on the "Supplier Lists" tab.
3. On the "Supplier Lists" screen, click on the "Unsubscribe from List" link next to the supplier list you wish to unsubscribe from.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to confirm your unsubscription and remove yourself from their supplier list.
How to find your supplier account number
If you login to your Tenneco Supplier Portal account and click on the "My Suppliers" tab, you will see a list of your suppliers. The supplier account number is located in the top right corner of each supplier's profile page.
How to reset your password
If you have forgotten your Tenneco password, you can reset it by following these steps:
1. Log in to the Tenneco Supplier Portal and click on the Your Account link in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click on the My Profile link in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the Reset Password button.
4. A new password will be generated and emailed to you. You can now use this password to log in to the Tenneco Supplier Portal.
How to contact Tenneco Technical Support
If you are having trouble logging into your Tenneco Supplier Portal account, or need assistance with accessing any of the tools and resources available on the portal, please follow these steps:
1. Go to https://www.tenneco.com/supplierportal and click on the "Log In" button located in the top right corner of the web page.
2. Enter your login information and click on the "Log In" button.
3. If you are a Tenneco Supplier who has registered for a free account, please select the "Register for a New Account" link at the top of the web page.
4. If you are not registered for a Tenneco Supplier Portal account, or if you have an existing account but would like to update your contact information or password, please select the "My Account" link at the top of the web page.
5. Review your current account information and click on the "Update My Account Details" button to submit your requested changes. If everything looks correct, click on the "Update My Account Details" button to complete your registration process and return to the
How to change your delivery address
If you have ever ordered anything from Tenneco, you have most likely had to enter your delivery address numerous times. There are a few ways to change your delivery address on the Tenneco Supplier Portal.
The easiest way to change your delivery address is to go to your My Account page and click on the Change Delivery Address link. This will take you to a form where you can enter your new address.
If you do not want to use the My Account page, you can also change your delivery address by going to the Orders section of the Tenneco Supplier Portal and clicking on the Edit Delivery Address link next to your order. This will take you to a form where you can enter your new address.
whichever method you choose, be sure to enter your new address correctly so that your orders will be sent to the correct location!
How to change your payment information
If you have recently made a purchase from Tenneco, you may need to change your payment information. You can do this by visiting the supplier portal and clicking on "My Account." From here, you will be able to update your payment information, contact customer service, and more.
