How to login to the Tenn Student Living Resident Portal
If you are a Tenn Student Living Resident, you can login to the Resident Portal using your username (the last 4 digits of your social security number) and password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact the Residence Life office.
How to update your profile information
If you have not done so already, please login to the Tenn Student Living Resident Portal using your NetID and password. Once logged in, click on "My Profile" in the top left corner of the page.
In the "Profile Information" section, you will need to update your name, email address, and phone number. You can also choose to update your profile picture and website URL. Click on "Update Profile" to submit your changes.
How to add or remove housing options
When you create an account on the Tenn Student Living Resident Portal, you can add or remove housing options from your profile. To add a housing option:
1. Log in to the portal.
2. Click on your profile photo in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Under "Profile Settings," click on "Housing Options."
4. Click on the + sign next to the housing option you want to add.
5. Select the dates when you would like to live in that housing option and click Save.
To remove a housing option:
1. Log in to the portal.
2. Click on your profile photo in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Under "Profile Settings," click on "Housing Options." (If it's not visible, scroll down until you see it.)
4. Click on the - sign next to the housing option you want to delete and select Delete from the drop-down menu that appears.
How to make a Housing Request
If you are interested in living on campus as a student, you will need to complete a housing request. To make a housing request, you will need to first navigate to the Housing Request page on the Tenn Student Living Resident Portal. On this page, you will need to provide your name, ID number, and contact information. You will also need to indicate which type of housing request you are making: rooming request, suite request, or apartment request. After completing the required fields, click the Submit Request button. If your request is approved, Tenn Student Living will send you an email notification that details how to access your new Housing Contract.
How to change your password
If you forget your password, you can reset it by going to the login page and clicking on the "Forgot Your Password?" link. You will be prompted to enter your email address and password.
How to dispute a charge on your account
If you believe that you have been overcharged on your Tenn Student Living account, there are a few steps that you can take to dispute the charge. The first step is to login to your account and review your current charges. Once you have identified the charge that you believe to be inaccurate, you can follow these steps to dispute the charge:
1. Log in to your account and click on "My Account" in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Under "My Accounts and Billing," click on "Dispute a Charge."
3. On the next page, under "How do I dispute a charge?" select "I believe that I was overcharged."
4. On the following page, provide any additional information that will help support your claim of being overcharged, such as proof of purchase or screenshots of your bank statement showing an incorrect amount billed.
5. After providing all of the necessary information, click on "submit dispute." If your dispute is accepted, Tenn Student Living will issue a refund for the overcharged amount.
