Teleperformance Employee Portal Login
If you are an employee at Teleperformance and you need to login to your account, here are the steps:
1. Go to https://www.teleperformance.com/employee-portal/.
2. Click on “Login” in the upper right corner.
3. Enter your username and password.

5. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to log in now.
View account details
To view account details on the Teleperformance Employee Portal, you will need to login. To login, follow these steps:
1. Click the Login link in the upper right-hand corner of the portal. This will take you to the login page. You will need to enter your username and password. If you have not created a Teleperformance user name and password, click on the Create a New Account link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.
2. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your account overview page. Here you can see all of your active accounts, as well as information about each account, such as its status (active or inactive), expiration date, and number of users. You can also see all of your contracts and invoices associated with that account. To view your contract details, for example, click on the Contract link next to an active contract. Add a new employee
If you are a new employee, you will need to create an account on the Teleperformance Employee Portal. Once you have logged in, find your profile and click the "My Profile" tab. In the "Login Info" section, enter your login credentials and click "Log In". You will now be able to access all of your account information and settings.
Remove an employee
If you no longer need an employee, you can remove them from the Teleperformance Employee Portal. To remove an employee: 1. Log in to the Teleperformance Employee Portal. 2. In the "Employees" section, click on the name of the employee you want to remove. 3. On the "Remove Employee" page, enter the employee's username and password, and click on "Remove".
Activate an employee
Login to your employee portal using the following credentials:
- Username: teleperformance
- Password: teleperformance
Once logged in, you will see the main employee portal screen. From here, you can activate your account and access the various areas of the portal.
Change passwords
Teleperformance Employee Portal is a web-based system that employees can use to manage their personal information and work tasks.
To access the Employee Portal, click on the "Login" link at the top of the page.
When you log in, you will be prompted to create a new password. You should change your password regularly to protect your account from unauthorized access.
To change your password, click on the "Password Change" link in the "My Account" section of the Employee Portal.
Create a custom profile
If you don't have an account yet, create one now! Once you have an account, follow these steps to create a custom profile:
1. Log in to your Teleperformance account.
2. Click on "My Profile" in the top right corner of the page.
3. On the "Profile Overview" tab, click on "Edit Profile."
4. On the "Edit Profile" page, under "Personal Info," type in your name and email address. Note: Your name will be used as your login name on the portal, so make sure it's correct! If you want to use a different login name, enter it below "Login Name."
5. Under "Employment Info," type in the following information: Position: This can be any position at Teleperformance you hold or have held in the past (or you can create a new position). Department: This can be any department within Teleperformance where you work (or would like to work). Location: This can be any location where Teleperformance employees work (or would like to work). Phone Number: Enter your phone number here if you want people to be able to contact you easily via phone or email. You will also need this
Manage files
If you are looking to access your files on the Teleperformance Employee Portal, you can do so by logging in with your employee ID and password. To login, click the 'Login' link in the upper-right corner of the homepage and enter your employee ID and password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your files and folders, as well as manage them.
Receive messages
To access the Teleperformance Employee Portal, employees need to login using their username and password. Once logged in, employees can view their latest messages and responses. However, if an employee does not have a valid username or password, they will not be able to access the portal.
To generate a new username and password, employees can visit the User Management page. After logging in, they will need to click on the Reset Password link on the left-hand side of the page. This will generate a new password for them to use on the portal.
