If you are an employee of Tech Mahindra and have not updated your profile on the company's Employee Portal, now is the time to do so. There are many benefits to updating your profile, including making it easier for you to find information about the company and its products and services, and to connect with other employees. Here are three simple steps for updating your profile:
First, log in to the Employee Portal using your employee ID (typically found on your employment contract or on the confirmation email that was sent after you accepted a job offer). If you have forgotten your employee ID, click here to find out how to retrieve it.
Once you are logged in, click on the 'My Profile' tab at the top of the screen.
Next, click on 'Update Profile'.
In the 'Profile Information' section, type in your current contact information (name, email address, etc.), and choose a password. You will also need to provide a current photo for use on the site. Finally, check the box next to 'I agree to receive updates from Tech Mahindra'. Click 'Update Profile' to finish.

How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it.:
1. Click on the “Login” link in the top right-hand corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your login credentials and click on “Log In”.
3. If you have not changed your password since last logging in, the page will redirect you to the “My Account” page where you will be prompted to enter your old password.
4. If you have changed your password since last logging in, you will be asked to enter it again into the “New Password” field. Please note that your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one number and one letter.
