How to change your password
If you forget your password, or if you want to update your password, you can do so through the TDSB Parent Portal. To login to the Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the TDSB Parent Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar.
3. Under "Account Settings," click on "Password."
4. Enter your current password (the one that you used to sign up for the Parent Portal) and click on the "Change Password" button.
5. Enter a new password and click on the "Confirm New Password" button.
6. When you have completed these steps, click on the "Log Out" button at the bottom of the page.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your name or address since you last logged in to the TDSB Parent Portal, you can update your contact information by clicking on the "My Account" tab and clicking on the "Update Personal Info" button. You will be asked to enter your name and email address, and then you will be able to update your other contact information.

How to unsubscribe from email notifications
