If you have a problem with your care at TDDC, you can file a complaint. To do this, you'll need to login to the patient portal.
Here's how to do it:
1. Go to www.tdc.texas.gov and sign in with your healthcare account number and password.
2. On the main page, click on "Patient Portal."
3. On the Patient Portal home page, under "My Account," click on "File a Complaint."
4. On the File a Complaint page, fill out the form and click submit.
5. You'll receive a confirmation message that your complaint has been submitted. If there is an issue with your complaint submission, contact TDDC customer service at 512-463-3200 or 800-792-9106 for assistance.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your contact information or if there has been a change in your address, you will need to update your contact information on the Tddc Patient Portal. To update your contact information:
