How to print or email your medical records
If you would like to print or email your medical records, please follow these simple steps: Log in to the Tanner Patient Portal and select "My Health Record." On the My Health Record page, under "Print or Email My Medical Records," click either "Print" or "Email." A copy of your medical record will be printed or emailed to you.
