If you are a Tableau Customer, you can log in to the Tableau Customer Portal to manage your account and connect with other Tableau Customers. The following steps will show you how to login:
1. Click the logo in the top left corner of the Tableau Customer Portal.
2. Enter your login information.
3. Click Log In.
4. Enter your password and click Log In again.
How to Use the Tableau Customer Portal
Tableau customer portal is a great way to connect with your customers and get feedback. You can find customer portal on the top right hand side of the Tableau desktop app. The first time you visit the customer portal, you will be asked to create an account. After you have created an account, you can login and start working on your projects.
How to Reset Your Password in the Tableau Customer Portal
If you have forgotten your Tableau password, or if you need to reset it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Tableau account.
2. In the top right corner of the screen, click the gear icon (three lines in a row).
3. Click Password & Security.
4. Under "My Tableau Account," click Reset Password.
5. Enter your old password and click Reset Password.
6. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
How to View your Account Information in the Tableau Customer Portal
If you're not already logged in to your Tableau account, first start by clicking the "Sign In" button on the top right corner of the Tableau Customer Portal. Once you're logged in, you can view all of your account information by clicking on the "Account" tab at the top of the portal. Here, you'll find everything from your login information to your subscription history and account activity logs. You can also manage your subscription and view your data usage metrics here.
