How to login to the Sun Life Advisor Portal
The Sun Life Advisor Portal is a secure website that can be used to manage your investments. To login, first you will need to create an account. You can do this by clicking the "sign up" link on the main page of the portal. Once you have created your account, you will need to enter your login information. You can find this information on the confirmation email that was sent to you when you signed up for an account. If you don't have the email address that was given to you when you created your account, or if you cannot remember your login information, you can contact customer service at 1-844-441-9476 and they will help you retrieve your login information. Once you have entered your login information, click the "login" button on the main page of the portal. You will then be taken to the home page of the portal where you can start managing your investments.
How to find your account information
If you have not logged in to the Sun Life Advisor Portal recently, you can find your login information by clicking on the "Login" link at the top of any page. Enter your login name and password, and click on the "Log In" button. If you have forgotten your login information, please contact Sun Life Advisor Customer Service at 1-800-622-2642.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, or would like to change it, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at sunlifeadvisor.com/portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar.
3. Under "My Profile," click on "Change Password."
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields, and click on "Submit."
5. You will be prompted to confirm your new password. Click on "Confirm New Password."
How to view your account portfolio
To view your account portfolio, log in to the Sun Life Advisor Portal. To access the portal, go to www.sunlife.ca and sign in with your user name and password.
Once you are logged in, under "My Account" on the left-hand side of the screen, select "Portfolio." You will see a list of all of your accounts, including their respective portfolio values and performance data. You can also drill down into specific accounts by clicking on their corresponding icons in the "Account Details" column.

If you haven't already, be sure to create a user ID and password for your account. You can find more information on their website at www.sunlife.com/ca/en/personal-annuities/register-for-an-account/.
If you have forgotten your user ID or password, please visit their website and enter your name and date of birth in the "login" field at the top of the page. You will then be prompted to create a user ID and password.
