A Sumter High School Parent Portal was created in order to provide parents with access to their studentβs grades, attendance, and other information. To learn how to login to the Portal, follow these easy steps:
1) Go to sumterschools.com and sign in.
2) Click on the βParent Portalβ link in the left-hand navigation bar.
3) On the Parent Portal home page, click on the βLoginβ link in the top right-hand corner.
4) Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields, and click on the βLog Inβ button.
5) You will now be taken to a page where you can view your childβs records and activities for that school year.
How to login to the Sumter High School Parent Portal
To login to the Sumter High School Parent Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Sumter High School Parent Portal website. If you have not already registered for an account, you will need to do so before following these steps.
2. Click on the βLoginβ link in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields, and click on the βLog Inβ button.
4. You will then be taken to a page where you can see all of your active accounts and logged-in parent profiles.
How to use the Parent Portal
To access the Sumter High School Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your Sumter High School account at www.summthighschool.org.
2. Click on the My Students tab on the left side of the page.
3. Select Parents from the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the My Students page.
4. You will now be on the Parents Portal page. In order to login, enter your login information and click Login. If you have forgotten your login information, please contact the school office at 803-744-2137 or email us at [email protected].
How to create an account
If you are a parent of a Sumter High School student and have not created an account on their Parent Portal, now is the time to do so. You can create an account using the following steps:
1. Go to their Parent Portal at sumterschools.org/parentportal.
2. Click on the βCreate Accountβ link in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click on the βCreate Accountβ button.
4. You will be redirected to a confirmation page where you can review your account information and make any changes if needed.
5. Congratulations! You have now created your Sumter High School Parent Portal account!
How to manage your account
If you are a parent at Sumter High School, you will want to be able to manage your account and access important information about your child's education. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal by visiting sumterschools.net/parentportal and entering your username and password.
2. On the main page of the Parent Portal, click on the "My Child" tab.
3. On the My Child page, you will see all of your child's records including their grades, attendance, immunizations and more!
4. You can also view any messages sent to or from your child's teacher on this page.

How to view and print your childβs grades
If you are a Sumter High School parent and have an account on their Parent Portal, you can view your childβs grades and print them. To access the Parent Portal, go to: http://www.sumterhigh.com/parentportal and sign in with your user name and password. Once you are logged in, click on My Childβs Report Card or Grades under My Profile on the left hand side of the screen. You will then be able to view your childβs grades as well as print them.
How to access your childβs transcripts
If you are a parent of a student at Sumter High School, you can access your childβs transcripts through their Parent Portal. To access the Parent Portal, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal using your school username and password.
2. Select βMy Studentsβ from the main menu.
3. Click on βTranscriptsβ from the dropdown menu next to your studentβs name.
4. You will be able to view your childβs current transcripts as well as any previous transcripts that he or she has sent to Sumter High School.
How to change your contact information
If you would like to update your contact information on the Sumter High School Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal at http://www.sumterhigh.org/.
2. Click on the βContactβ tab on the left side of the screen.
3. In the βContact Infoβ column, enter your new contact information into the fields provided.
4. Click on βSave Changesβ at the bottom of the page.
How to report a problem
If you are having trouble logging in to the Sumter High School Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
-Navigate to https://portal.sumter.k12.sc.us and sign in with your school user name and password.
-On the left menu, select "My Account."
-Select "Report a Problem" from the drop down menu.
-In the "Problem Description" field, provide as much detail about your issue as possible.
-In the "Suggested Resolution" field, please state what you believe should be done to resolve the problem.
-Click "Submit Report." Your report will be sent to the school's IT Department for review and possible action.
