How To Login To The Summit County Child Support Web Portal
1. Go to the Summit County Child Support Web Portal at www.summitcountychildsupport.org.
2. Enter your User ID and Password in the login form on the homepage.
3. Click on My Account in the menu bar at the top of the page.
4. On the My Account page, click Change Address or Name in the left-hand column under My Case Information.
5. On the Change Address or Name page, enter your new address or name in the appropriate fields, and click Submit Changes.

How to Access your Case File and Payments
If you are a parent with a child support case open with the Summit County Child Support Agency, you can access your case file and payments online through the Summit County Child Support Web Portal. The Web Portal is accessed by clicking on the link located on the top of each case file or on the "My Cases" section of the agency's website. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view your case file, see any payments that have been made on your behalf, and update your personal information. You can also print out a payment history or request a payee update.
