In order to better serve their students and staff, many Suffolk Public Schools have created online portals that provide information and services such as rosters, calendars, and contact information. In this article, we'll show you how to login to the staff portal for the school you are working with.
How to login to Suffolk Public Schools Staff Portal
To login to the Staff Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click the "Login" link on the main menu bar.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click the "Log In" button.
4. You will be brought to the staff portal home page.
About Suffolk Public Schools Staff Portal
The Suffolk Public Schools Staff Portal is a new online portal that was recently launched by the district. The portal allows staff members to access their personnel files, tracking information, and other important information. Staff members can also manage their email addresses and passwords, and view their work schedules.
To login to the Staff Portal, staff members must first create an account. Once they have created an account, they will need to enter their username and password. After they have logged in, they will be able to access all of their information on the portal.
Login screen
To login to your Suffolk Public Schools Staff Portal, click the login link in the upper right corner of the website.
Enter your username and password and then click the "log in" button. If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact their support team at 1-855-SOUP-LINK (1-855-773-5625).
My Account screen
To access the My Account screen, follow these steps:
1. Go to: https://portal.suffolk.k12.ny.us/login
2. Log in with your username and password.
3. Click the My Account link on the left-hand side of the screen.
4. Enter your email address and password, and then click Log In.
5. If you have multiple accounts, click on your name in the top left corner of the page to open your account details screen. You can then log out of other accounts or change your password if you want to.
View my account activity
To view your account activity, sign in to your Suffolk Public Schools Staff Portal. If you have not already done so, create a user name and password. Click on the "My Activity" link on the left side of the screen. Enter your user name and password and click on the "Log In" button. You will then be able to view all of your activity in the blog section.
Edit profile
If you are a new school employee, click the "New Employee" link in the header to create your profile. You will need to provide your full name, email address, and gender. If you are an existing employee, please login to your account using the link in the header.
If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address in the "Forgot Your Password?" field and we will send you instructions on how to reset it. If you have forgotten your username, please enter your first and last name in the "Username" field and click the "Create Account" button.
Once you have logged in, click on the "My Profile" tab to view all of your profile information. You can edit this information by clicking on the appropriate links at the top of your page. In addition, you can access important system messages and alerts by clicking on the "System Messages" link at the top of your page or by clicking on the orange triangle that appears next to your user name in any message board thread.
Finally, if you need to contact Suffolk Public Schools with general questions or concerns, please click on the "Contact Us" tab at the top of your page and enter their contact information
Delete profile
To login to your Suffolk Public Schools profile, follow these instructions:
1. Click on the "Login" link in the top right corner of any page on their website.
2. Enter your username and password and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will now be logged into your profile. If you have not yet created a profile, you will be prompted to do so.
